Where is Fusion?
The club can be found in the distinctive old premises of Orkney Seafood, on Ayre Road, Kirkwall.
What are the club's aims?
Fusion is a modern and up-to-date venue which is flexible, that will be able to accommodate visiting DJs and live acts, as well as local bands and DJs.
Music Policy
Our music policy is across the board. While we realise the importance of variation, we are trying to achieve consistency within each of our different nights.
We have six
different nights to begin with, each with its own distinct musical style
running through it. So whether you like the latest chart tracks or prefer
something to sing along to hits from the 70s, we have something for you. Click here for more details.
The club and music venue is Fusion, with the smaller, first-floor
venue named Firelounge.

The name Fusion is influenced by the concept of the business, which is a blend of club, bar and music venue. The music policy will also be varied which should ensure we have a good mix of customers.
The design is also a combination of old and new - with many original features of the building retained while at the same time using modern and up-to-date fixtures and fittings.
Fusion is the main area of the club, situated on the ground floor with a capacity of 500. Firelounge is the second, smaller venue on part of the first floor. It has a capacity of around 200.
Both areas have separate bars, stage, dj booths, sound systems, lighting rigs, seating and dance floor areas. Once you enter the club you will be free to move between the different levels as you wish.
