Our main priority at Fusion is for people to enjoy their night out. In order to achieve a safe environment for all customers please read the following conditions:

ENTRANCE – As we are not issuing tickets for standard nights, early arrival is recommended to ensure entry. Entrance is from Ayre Road doors open 10.00pm. On Thursdays, when the Firelounge is open on its own, entrance will be from Burnmouth Road). Last entry is at 11.45pm.

ENTRY CONDITIONS – The management reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual. Having a ticket does not guarantee entry. We strongly recommend that no individual should consume too much alcohol prior to arrival, as entry will be refused.

DRUGS AND OFFENSIVE WEAPONS – All patrons are liable on entering the premises to be asked as a condition of entry to a search. Fusion operates a zero tolerance policy in relation to drugs. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be reported immediately to the police.

CCTV RECORDING – Customer safety is a top priority in Fusion. We employ up to ten security staff each night. We also have 26 digital CCTV cameras fully monitoring and recording events, both inside and outside the club, to ensure you have an excellent night out in a safe environment.

DRESS CODE –Smart, casual, no work clothes and no football colours.

AGE LIMIT – As a licensed entertainment venue, virtually all our Thursday, Friday and Saturday night events will be open to people aged 18 years and over.

We operate a very strict door policy and Photo ID may be required on entry to the club (passport or driving licence).

Anyone caught abusing this system will be excluded for a period of time after their 18th birthday. On occasions, we will be open on other week nights for gigs and events where under 18s will also be allowed entry under certain conditions. Watch the website and local press for further details.

Our music policy is across the board, whilst we realise the importance of variation we are also trying to achieve consistency within each of our different nights.

We have six different nights to begin with, each has its own musical style running through it, so whether you like the latest chart tracks or prefer to sing along to hits from the 70s we have something for you.

MISH MASH
Style – latest releases mixed with current chart hits with the odd classic. This will be the regular slot in Fusion.

FLASHBACK
Style – Retro night, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s. Something for everyone with this night, where the biggest tracks from the last four decades can be heard.

HIGH VOLTAGE
Style – Rock. Our resident rock DJs mix rock classics with the freshest nu metal sounds around.

SUGAR
Style – Pop cheese/Anthems Poptastic! Everything from Abba through to Shania can be heard on this fun party night.

FRISKY
Style – Dance. This will be our own regular dance night featuring a number of local DJs and styles.

PLANET GROOVE
Style – Soul/Chill. A slot with a difference, if you like your beats a little more chilled and laid back this night could be for you. Soul, funk with a tinge of hip hop.
